摘　　要：针对加长的多节机床床身导轨面需对接磨削和二次装夹的工艺问题,设计了MK5225x18m数控龙门导轨磨床。介绍了该机床的结构特点和设计思路,对涉及的多项关键技术如横梁水平调整技术、整机热平衡技术和滚滑复合导轨的应用技术等作了进一步的论述。The CNC double column slideways surface grinding machine MK5225x18m which we designed was for solving the technology problem that the super-long workpieces must be installed twice for the finish grinding of track slideways surface.The article introduces the structure of the machine and the idea of its design,discusses a few key technologies evolved,such as：the crossbeam horizontal balance adjustment;heat balance control of the whole machine and the application of roller and slide complex guideway.
