摘 要:以青岛海湾大桥大沽河航道桥为工程背景,对自锚式钢箱梁悬索桥主缆锚固区受力性能进行研究。主缆力通过锚固区向分体箱的传递可分为两个独立过程,针对这两个过程分别从局部性能和整体性能两个层次进行研究。第一个层次采用模型试验和有限元分析对纯钢和组合两种锚固构造局部受力性能进行研究。纯钢锚固构造应力分布规律复杂,应力集中现象明显,实测结果和有限元分析结果吻合良好。组合锚固构造钢与混凝土有效发挥组合作用,大幅降低钢板应力,减小钢板厚度和钢材用量,使钢板受力更为均匀。组合锚固构造相比纯钢锚固构造实测应力降幅明显,但略小于计算结果,表明钢与混凝土之间发挥部分组合作用,建议采取三方面构造措施以进一步发挥钢与混凝土的组合作用。第二个层次采用有限元分析方法对主缆锚固区整体受力性能进行研究。结果表明,整个过程传力可靠顺畅,安全储备高,符合按杆系模型计算整体结构的假定。Behaviors of the cable anchorage zone of self-anchored suspension bridges the backdrop of Dagu River Bridge ,. Qingdao Bay Bridge. Since transfer of the cable with steel box girders are studied in force to the divided steel box girders through the cable anchorage zone includes two independent processes, two levels of investigations are carried out on the local and global behaviors, respectively. The study on the first level is concentrated on the local behaviors of the pure steel and composite anchorage details using model test and finite element analysis. For the composition of the pure steel anchorage, stress distribution is complex with obvious concentration. A good correlation between test and FEA results can be observed. For the composition of the composite anchorage, due to the composite effect between steel and concrete, the stress level and thickness of steel plates can be reduced significantly, and the stress distribution becomes more uniform. In comparison with the composition of pure steel anchorage, the measured stress reduction for the composite anchorage is obvious but slightly smaller than that of the FEA results, indicating a partial composite effect between steel and concrete. Three recommendations are provided on the compositions to further enhance the composite effect. The study on the second level is to investigate the global behaviors of the anchorage zone using the FE method. It is found that the process, both reliable and sufficiently safe, satisfies the assumptions of the "line" element model.
