摘  要:针对尼尔基水库初步设计阶段的防洪调度方案存在的问题,考虑水库工程完工、投入正常调度运用的现实需要,研究了与洪水预报方案水平相适应的、可在实时洪水调度中实施的洪水调度方案,基于现有的洪水预报方案及其精度,研究了尼尔基水库的洪水调度方式及其判别指标,确定了洪水调度方案的基本框架,并采用粒子群优化算法优化计算了泄量参数。结果表明,该方案确保了水库自身的防洪安全,基本完成了水库规定的防洪任务,可用于尼尔基水库运用初期洪水调度。Aiming at the problems existing in flood scheduling scheme of Nierji reservoir in preliminary design, the flood scheduling scheme are studied by considering the practical need of completion and utilization of the reservoir. Ac- cording to the present flood forecasting scheme and its accuracy, the scheduling mode and its discrimination index are studied. Meanwhile, the basic framework for flood scheduling scheme is determined. Then the discharge parameters in flood scheduling scheme are optimized by using particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain a specific flood control scheme. The results show that the flood scheduling scheme can guarantee the safety of flood control reservoir itself and basically realizes the task of flood control reservoir regulations; moreover, the flood scheme can be used for the initial flood scheduling of Nierji reservoir.
