摘　　要：分析了新环境下火电企业各风险因子,采用解释结构理论构建了火电企业风险模型,并据此描述了不同层次的风险因子间的影响关系,基于火电企业风险因子的阶层结构图获得了源头、过程及最终的风险因子,根据分析结果提出了相应的管控措施。The thermal power enterprise risk factors in the new environment are analyzed and the risk model is estab- lished by using interpretive structure theory. Based on the model, the relationships among the risk factors of different class are described. The source risk factors, process risk factors and the final risk factors are obtained from the risk factor struc- ture chart. According to the analysis results, the corresponding control measures of the controllable internal risks are proposed.
