摘 要:近年来有研究显示,含有异戊烯基结构的天然呫吨酮类化合物对多种肿瘤具有显著抑制活性,故而从此类化合物中寻找具有开发价值的抗肿瘤先导化合物,已成为一个研究热点。按来源分别介绍异戊烯基呫吨酮类天然化合物及其抗肿瘤活性研究新进展,并对其中部分化合物的作用机制及构效关系进行了初步探讨。Recently, some reports have shown that the prenylated xanthones from the natural products have significant inhibitory activity against several kinds of tumors, so it has become a meaningful and potential research direction for people to discover the lead compounds from the natural prenylated xanthones which possess anti-tumor activity. The recent progress in research on the prenylated xanthones isolated from the natural products and their anti-tumor activity were introduced in this article. Moreover, the mechanisms of some compounds and the structure-activity relationships were also discussed in brief.
