摘　　要：对变电站定期进行改造是我国投资的重点项目,改造工程实施的主要目的是为了优化变电站内部结构组织,让变电站在变电过程中能提升运行效率。但从目前工程实施的情况看,变电改造工程还存在着诸多问题,影响了工程项目的顺利实施。针对这一点,文章重点分析了变电站改造过程中出现的问题,并且提出了合理的处理建议。Reconstruction of the substation is the focus of our country investment projects,the major purpose is tooptimize the internal organizations structure of substation,so that can improve operational efficiency in the transformer process.But see from the current sit-uation of project implementation,there are still manyproblems which affect the smooth implementation ofthe project.For this,the paper focuses on the problems in substation transformation process,and give a reasonable treatment recommendations.
