用液饼高度法测定水在硅聚合物表面的接触角

摘  要:用半永久性离型剂(SP离型剂)涂复模具可以连续使用几十次到近百次。这项技术上的进步给铸造工艺带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。目前用于树脂模具的SP离型剂中的成膜剂很多采用反应性硅聚合物。市场上的SP离型剂的配方属于生产商的技术秘密,即使在专利中也难于找到硅聚合物SP离型剂的详细配方。同时文献上鲜有关于硅聚合物表面能的报道。为研究硅聚合物SP离型剂提供基础数据,用液饼高度法测定了水在四种配方的SP离型剂硫化后生成的硅聚合物表面上的接触角。结果表明:水在这四种SP离型剂硫化后生成的硅聚合物表面上的接触角的差别≤1.1°,说明具有相似的化学结构是硅聚合物表面能的决定性因素;而组成SP离型剂中的硅聚合物的平均相对分子质量,交联剂、催化剂和稳定剂的品种和用量等仅对硅聚合物表面能产生次要的影响。Mold coating with semi permanent release agent(SP release agent) can be used continuously for tens even a hundred or so times.The development of this technique has afforded great economic and societal benefit to die casting.At present reactive silicone polymer is the film-forming agent contained in most of the SP release agent used in resin mould.The technology for producing marketable SP release agents is the technical secret of the producers,and even in patents it is difficult to find the detailed directions for producing them.At the same time,there are only a few reports about the surface energy of silicone polymers in the published papers.In order to provide the basic data about SP release agents,four SP release agents were collected from different sources,and the contact angle of water on their surface was measured by height of large drop sessile method.The data indicated that the difference of the contact angles on the above four cured silicone polymers surface was ≤ 1.1°,it showed that the similar structure of these different silicone polymers was the crucial factor and the average molecular weight,kinds and quantity of cross linked agent,catalyst and stabilizer in the SP release agents were only minor factors.
