木薯试管苗炼苗移栽技术研究

摘　　要：采用不同移栽基质、炼苗方式、移栽季节、组培苗状态对木薯组培苗移栽技术及养护管理进行研究。结果表明，在海口地区采用蛭石作移栽基质，以水培炼苗方式．于2～3月份对培养30d以上的木薯组培苗进行移栽最佳；对越冬后的木薯移栽苗进行春季修剪．可促进植株当年的生长量。Using different transplanting substrates, hardening mode, transplanting season, seedling states, the paper studied the techniques of cassava tissue seedlings transplantation and maintenance management. The results showed that it was the better for 30 days old cassava seedlings hardening with hydroponic way, and then transplanted in vermiculite, at February to March in Hainan Haikou regions. In addition, spring clip for over-wintering seedlings, could promote its growth in the same year.
