摘 要:采用L9(34)正交设计,对不同肥料和施肥水平下土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性进行了较系统的研究。结果表明:和对照相比,尿素、鸡粪、秸秆在本试验的Ⅰ施肥水平上,使土壤蔗糖酶活性分别增加8.91%、2.02%、24.70,土壤过氧化氢酶活性分别增加8.28%、67.59%、59.31%;在Ⅱ施肥水平上使土壤蔗糖酶活性分别增加25.51%,18.83%,56.68%,使土壤过氧化氢酶活性分别增加84.14%、113.10%和166.90%;在Ⅲ施肥水平上使土壤蔗糖酶分别增加43.52%、36.84%、61.13%,土壤过氧化氢酶活性分别增加115.17%、183.45%和204.14%。3种肥料不同施肥水平对土壤蔗糖酶活性影响顺序依次是秸秆、尿素、鸡粪。对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响大小在第Ⅰ施肥水平上依次是鸡粪、秸秆、尿素,在第Ⅱ、Ⅲ施肥水平上依次是秸秆、鸡粪、尿素。Invertase and catalase activity of soil in different fertilizer was systemic studied by L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design. The results showd urea, chicken manure, straw made soil invertase activity increased 8.91%, 2.02%, 24.70 and soil eatalase activity increased 8.28%, 67.59%, 59.31% respectively compared with the control in the Ⅰ fertilization level. Three fertilizers made soil invertase activity increased 25.51% ,18.83% ,56.68%, and soil eatalase activity increased 84.14%, 113.10%, 166.90% respectively in the Ⅱ fertilization level, urea, chicken manure, straw made soil invertase activity increased 43.52% ,36.84% ,61.13% and soil catalase activity increased 115.17% ,183.45%,and 204.14% respectively in the Ⅲ fertilization level. The affect order for soil invertased activity by 3 fertilizers in different fertilizer levels was straw, urea and chicken manure. The affect order for soil eatalase activity was chicken manure, straw, urea in Ⅰ fertilization level. The affect order for soil eatalase activity was straw, chicken manure, urea in Ⅰ and Ⅱ fertilization level.
