虱螨脲与虫酰肼的增效作用及防治斜纹夜蛾的药效

摘　　要：采用室内生物测定和大田药效试验,筛选出了虱螨脲.虫酰肼对斜纹夜蛾的复配增效组合,并测定了10%虱螨脲.虫酰肼悬浮剂对斜纹夜蛾的防治效果。结果表明:虱螨脲.虫酰肼的配比为1∶1时增效作用最显著,共毒系数CTC为134.03。田间实验结果表明:10%虱螨脲.虫酰肼悬浮剂和两个单剂相比,有良好的速效防治效果和持效性,其中在有效成分用量为25 g/hm2时,药后14 d的防效仍达91.31%。The synergistic effect attd efficacy of Lufenuron and Tebufenozide against Spodoptera litura （Fabricius）were measured under laboratory and field conditions. The results showed that mixture of the two pesticides by 1：1 ratio exhibited remarkable synergistic effect, with the Co-toxicity index （CTC） of 134.03. The field trial results indicated that 10% Lufenuron？Tebufenozide for controlling S. litura was superior in efficacy and persistency for the control of S. Litura over the tested pesticide alone. The cnntrol rate kept at 91.31% after 5 days of treatment with 25 g/ha active ingredient.
