摘  要:介绍了水压机主缸油水平衡的基本工作原理、油水平衡电气控制系统的基本构成以及PLC中软件的数据运算和处理过程。PLC的模拟量扩展模块将现场水压传感器传输过来的水压值电流信号转换为数字量值,利用水压数字量值与模拟量值之间的多段线性关系进行运算处理,得到水压的模拟量值.再通过公式p油=p水S水/S油,计算出需要的油压模拟量值,加上密封力(大小由上位机给定),得出最终的油压模拟量值。利用油压模拟量值与数字量值之间的多段线性关系,计算出需要的油压数字量值,通过PLC模拟量输出模块、比例放大板、比例溢流阀这些可执行元件来调节油压值,最终保证了油压与水压的动态平衡。In this article,it introduced basic working principle of oil and water balance for master cylinder of steel pipe hydraulic testing machine,basic structure of electrical control system,as well as introduced data operation and processing course in PLC software.The current signal of hydrostatic pressure value originated from hydraulic pressure transducer on the scene is transformed into digital data through PLC analog extended module,using multisection linear relationship between hydraulic pressure value and analog value to calculate and obtain analog value of hydraulic pressure;the required oil pressure analong value is calculated through the formula of poil = pwater S water / S oil,adds sealing force(which is given by the upper computer),and the final oil pressure analong is obtained.Using multisection linear relationship between oil pressure analog and digital value to get the required oil pressure digital value,the oil pressure value is adjusted through several performance elements,such as PLC analog output module,proportional amplifier plate and proportional relief valve,finally,the dynamic balance between oil pressure and water pressure is ensured.
