摘 要:探讨花式捻线机纺制绢丝棉包覆纱的工艺及成纱性能。以绢丝含量为24%和35%两种绢丝棉包覆纱为例,围绕包覆捻度、绢丝超喂率两个参数对包覆纱强伸性能、条干、毛羽及光泽等性能的影响进行了试验分析。结果表明:包覆捻度和外包纤维的超喂率是决定包覆纱性能的关键参数,在绢丝含量一定的情况下,捻度对强力、断裂伸长率影响较大,而超喂率对条干、毛羽等指标影响较大。绢丝含量不同,其影响程度将发生变化。认为:应通过试验选取合适的捻度和超喂率,以获得较好的纱线品质。Processing and yarn property of spun silk cotton wrapped yarn spun by fancy twisting machine were dis- cussed. Taking spun silk cotton wrapped yarn containing 24% and 35% silk as examples ,effect of wrap twist and spun silk overfeed percentage on wrapped yarn strength and elongation,evenness,hairiness and luster et al were tested and an- alyzed. The result shows that wrapped twist and covered fiber overfeed percentage are the key parameter of effecting yarn properties. In condition of certain spun silk content, effect of twist on strength and breaking elongation is larger, effect of overfeed percentage on evenness and hairiness is larger. The effect degree is different as spun silk content is different. It is considered that proper twist and overfeed percentage must be selected to get better yarn quality.
