摘　　要：为保证顺利生产出Modal 9.8 tex纱,针对Modal纤维的性能特点,开清棉避免纤维损伤,梳棉工序加强纤维的梳理和转移,并条工序提高纤维的伸直度和匀整效果,粗纱工序严格控制纺纱张力,细纱工序重点解决毛羽和条干均匀度,最终成功纺制了Modal 9.8 tex纱,其质量满足了使用要求。To ensure Modal 9.8 tex yarn can be produced successfully,according to Modal fiber characteristics,fi- ber damage was avoided in opening and cleaning, carding and transfer were strengthened in carding, fiber straightness and leveler effect were improved in drawing, spinning tension was strictly controlled in roving, hairiness and evenness were mainly resolved in spinning,finally Modal 9.8 tex yarn can be spun successfully,use requirements can be satisfied.
