摘　　要：创新型城市的建设和发展具有内在的路径和模式。上海和深圳是我国创新型城市建设的典范,在城市创新战略和驱动要素方面各具特色、各有所长。在构建完整的城市创新体系的基础上,以上海和深圳为例,对两市的城市创新战略和驱动要素进行对比分析,并归纳、总结出创新型城市建设的"上海模式"和"深圳模式",可以为国内其他创新型城市的建设提供参考。There are internal paths and patterns in the construction and development of innovative city.Both Shanghai and Shenzhen are the models of innovative cities in our country,and they have their own characteristics and specialities in the innovative strategies and driving elements.Based on the complete system of urban innovation and used Shanghai and Shenzhen as an example,this paper made a comparison of these two construction patterns of innovative city and summarized＂Shanghai Model＂and＂Shenzhen Model＂,which can be referenced by other innovative cities.
