摘　　要：为低成本挖掘油藏剩余油,侧钻技术正在油田大面积推广应用。目前地质寻找剩余油技术不断提高,侧钻井钻探精度也越来越高,因此在完井方面研制出了新型φ95mm小套管,并配套研发了φ68枪89H弹射孔器,自主开发了软件,优化侧钻井复杂井身结构条件下的生产参数;在采油技术方面研究形成了两种卡封改层和三种封堵封窜系列技术,提升了小井眼内分层开采的水平,并推广了机械性能高的两种特殊小油管,解决了以往制约侧钻井发展的瓶颈问题。1999年～2009年,现河油区投产侧钻井已达422口,累计产油达200×104t。在复杂断块油藏剩余油"小而散"的开发形势下,开窗侧钻技术成为层间挖潜的一个重要手段。Sidetracking technology is being used and popularized widely in oilfields to produce the potentiality of reservoir remaining oil at low cost.Geological techniques to discover remaining oil are improved,and the accuracy of sidetrack drilling is becoming higher and higher.As for the aspect of well completion,advanced 95mm small-diameter casing and the 68-gun 89H-charge matching perforator have been developed.The self-developed software was used to optimize the producing parameters for sidetracking wells with complicated casing programme,as for the aspect of oil production,a series of technologies,including 2 kinds of packer setting and 3 kinds of perforation and channeling plugging technologies,have been formed,which has improved the technical level of separate zone production in slim holes.Meanwhile,2 kinds of special small-diameter tubing with high mechanical performance were popularized,which has solved the bottleneck problem restricting the application of sidetracking wells.422 sidetracking wells had been put into production in Xianhe oil section from 1999 to 2009 and the accumulative oil production was up to 2,000,000 tons.With the development status of 'small quantity and scattered' remaining oil in complicated faulted blocks,sidetracking technology has become an important technology to produce the interlayer potentiality.
