摘 要:川东北地区普光气田储层具有埋藏深、储层温度高、产层厚、非均质性强等特点,对储层酸化改造工艺技术要求高。通过室内大量试验,优选了胶凝酸体系,它具有较好的缓蚀性、铁离子稳定性、低摩阻、易返排等特点。对胶凝酸多级注入闭合酸化工艺进行机理研究,可根据储层条件在该工艺中加入暂堵转向剂和伴氮措施,达到不同层位均匀布酸改造和加强残酸返排能力。该工艺技术在普光气田应用13井次,施工成功率100%,具有良好的增产效果。目前该项工艺在普光气田普遍应用。The reservoir of Puguang Gas Field in NE Sichuan province has the characteristics of deep burial,high temperature,thick production zone,strong heterogeneity and so on.It needs higher technology for acidification reformation of the reservoir.Through laboratory test,a gelled acid system was optimized which has the characteristics of better corrosion resistance,iron ion stability,low friction,easy to return etc.When performing multi-stage injection closure acidification technology for the gelled acid,according to reservoir conditions,temporary blocking and diversion agent and nitrogen were added into the gelled acid to achieve uniform distribution acid reformation in the different zone and strengthen flowback ability of reacted acid.The technology was used in 13 wells in Puguang Gas Field,success ratio was 100%,stimulation effect was better.At present,the technology was widely used in Puguang Gas Field.
