摘 要:在油田油水井打捞管类施工中,在某些因素条件下只能采取外捞的方法进行打捞,而落井的管类落物无法判定是否被卡,如果盲目的进行打捞处理,容易造成不必要的井下工程事故,因此选择的卡瓦打捞筒应该满足能捞、能倒、能退三个原则,而目前管类卡瓦打捞工具有的能倒,但不可退,有的能退但不可倒,从而增加了施工的难度及工作量,笔者设计的此种打捞工具能有效满足打捞工具应具备的三项原则,该工具设计简单,把繁复的零部件巧妙的简化组合为一体,使整个工具仅用了4个零部件。操作灵活可靠,现场应用效果较好。During the implementation of fishing tubular goods for oil and water wells in the oilfield,the method of outward fishing could only be used under the condition of certain factors,but whether the tubular fish was stuck or not could not be judged.If fishing was done blindly,unnecessary down-hole project accident would be easily caused.Therefore,the releasing overshot selected should satisfy the three principles:fishing,inverting and retreating.However,at present,some tubular slip fishing tools can invert but can not retreat and some can retreat but can not invert,thereby,not only the difficulties but also the amount of work are increased.In this paper,this fishing tool designed by the writer not only could effectively meet the three principles which it should possess but also has a simple design which smartly simplifies and combines the complicated elements to make the whole tools only use up 4 components.The operation was agile and reliable and has received a good application effect in the field.
