摘  要:大港南部油田抽油机井杆管偏磨严重,因偏磨造成抽油杆断脱、油管漏失作业频繁,治理偏磨主要应用扶正器,但常规尼龙扶正器存在耐磨性能相对较差,使用寿命短的问题,为此研制了新型高耐磨陶瓷材料扶正器。新型陶瓷扶正器具有较好的防磨性能,对抽油泵杆接箍保护效果明显,对油管磨损较小,可实现重复利用,综合效益较高,有效延长了扶正器使用寿命。文中介绍了陶瓷扶正器的结构及工作原理、技术参数及应用特点。现场应用127井次,具有较好的防偏磨效果。Rod and tubing of the beam pumping unit is suffering severe challenge due to eccentric wear in the north region of Dagang oilfield,which brings about many tough problems like frequent workover caused by break of the pumping rod and tubing leakage.Nowadays centralizers are mainly used to deal with eccentric wear.However,normal nylon centralizer has relatively small resistance to abrasion and a short life span.Hence,we develop a new type of centralizer made of porcelain material with high wearproof performance to elongate the life span of centralizers.In this paper,the structure,operating principle and technical parameters of porcelain centralizer are introduced.This new centralizer has been used 127 times in situ and it turned out that this type of centralizer can effectively resist eccentric wear.
