摘 要:聚合物驱是一种常用的提高采收率技术。随着注入量的增加,聚合物溶液与地层的固体颗粒相互作用形成复合垢,在地层孔隙中发生堵塞,影响聚合物的继续注入,降低聚驱的效果。文章通过BHJ3-D解堵剂对聚合物溶液的降解实验、现场堵塞物的溶蚀实验研究,确定了BHJ3-D解堵剂的使用浓度及反应时间,物模试验结果表明,BHJ3-D解堵剂能够有效地解决聚驱造成的地层渗透率降低、注聚压力升高等问题。2009年10月在渤海JZ9-3油田W8-4井进行了现场应用,目标层吸水强度大幅提高,达到了注聚井改造的目的。Polymer flooding is a common EOR technology.With the increasing cumulative amount of injected polymer,polymer solution would interact with stratal solid particles and form the complex scale to block up the pore of strata,to influence the injection of the polymer and reduce the effect of polymer flooding.Through the degradation experimental study of BHJ3-D blocking remover to the polymer solution,and the corrosion experiment to stemming,the reaction time and concentration of BHJ3-D blocking remover were determined.The results of physical analogue research indicated that BHJ3-D blocking remover could resolve effectively the issues of permeability reduction and high polymer injection pressure because of continuous polymer injection.The technology has been applied in W8-4 well of JZ9-3 oilfield in 2009,and the water absorbing strength of target layer was increased and the purpose of polymer injection well reconstruction was attained.
