摘 要:为降低生产成本,减少能量消耗,以工业级的六偏磷酸钠和氟化钠为主要原料,采用助熔剂法合成了单氟磷酸钠。根据助熔剂的物理性质,筛选出氟硅酸钠为最佳助熔剂。采用单因素实验考察了干燥温度、干燥时间、合成温度、合成时间、助熔剂用量即n(Na2SiF6)∶n[(NaPO3)6+NaF]对反应的影响,并通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件:原料干燥温度为470℃、干燥时间为24 min、合成温度为620℃、合成时间为22 min、n(Na2SiF6)∶n[(NaPO3)6+NaF]=0.1。在此条件下,产品纯度可达到97.59%,收率为94.88%,游离氟质量分数小于0.7%。由此可知,氟硅酸钠作为合成单氟磷酸钠的助熔剂是可行的。To reduce production cost and energy consumption,sodium monofluorophosphate was prepared by fusing assistant method with industrial grade sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium fluoride as raw materials.According to physical nature of fluxing agents,sodium fluorosilicate was chosen as the best fluxing agent.Influences of drying temperature,drying time,synthesis temperature,synthesis time,and n(Na2SiF6)∶n[(NaPO3)6+NaF] on the synthetic reaction were investigated by single factor experiment,and the optimal process conditions were confirmed by selective preference of orthogonal test as follows:drying temperature was 470 ℃,drying time was 24 min,synthesis temperature was 620 ℃,synthesis time was 22 min,and n(Na2SiF6)∶n[(NaPO3)6+NaF]=0.1.The purity of the product reached 97.59%,the yield was 94.88%,and mass fraction of free fluorine was below 0.7% under the optimal conditions.Therefore,sodium fluorosilicate being used as fusing assistant for preparing sodium monofluorophosphate is feasible.
