摘　　要：从铸铁件的化学成分和焊接特性出发,结合农用机械维修场所现有技术条件,提出了适合农用机械铸铁件维修的三种焊接工艺及操作要点.Cast iron parts in agricultural machinery tend to damage and even rupture when in use.Welding is mostly used in their repair.Ruptures are likely to appear repeatedly because of poor welding in the less favorable conditions.Based on the chemical elements of cast iron parts,the welding qualities and the present techniques on repairing places,the paper proposes three welding techniques and their operation points applicable to cast iron parts in agricultural machinery in welding repairs.
