摘　　要：采用主动载药法将秋水仙碱包封于脂质体,测得包封率为58.9%,根据正交设计试验,确定了最佳制备工艺方法,即秋水仙碱0.5mg.mL-1,磷脂50mg.mL-1,胆固醇8mg.mL-1,VB 1mg.mL-1,外水相pH值为6.4,温育时间为10min,载药时加药顺序为先将空白脂质体加入药液中,再加入NaHCO3调pH值。Colchicina liposomes were prepared by pH-gradient Encapsulation Efficiency（EN）was 58.9 % In or- der to obtain more excellent stability and higher encapsulation efficiency, a single factor test and a uniform design were carried out, then the optimum component of liposomes and preparationprocesswereobtained.
