摘　　要：在全球气候变暖、海平面上升的背景下,本文研究了基于GIS的海平面上升对沿海地区的直接影响评估方法,并针对天津滨海新区展开评估。基于GIS技术和评估区基础地理信息,计算海平面上升后的土地影响范围,对如何依据土地影响范围评估海平面上升对人口、经济、交通和水域等方面的影响进行了探讨,并给出了天津滨海新区的土地、经济和人口等指标的影响评估结果。In the situation of global warming and sea level rise,the method of the direct impact assessment of sea level rise of the coastal areas based on GIS（Geographic Information System） is researched,and Tianjin Binhai new area is chosen as the object for the assessment research in this paper.On the basis of GIS and foundational geographic information,the range of the influenced land area can be calculated,and then according to this result,the way to assess the impacts on the population,economy,traffic and water area is discussed,and in this paper,we introduce the assessment results of the impacts on the land,economy and population of Tianjin Binhai new area.
