摘 要:为克服深部高应力坚硬围岩条件下的巷道快速钻爆难题,以现代爆破理论、断裂力学、岩体力学为基础,提出一整套深部巷道坚硬围岩快速爆破技术,实践表明:该套技术的应用,大大减少了钻孔数量,提高了巷道成形效果和围岩稳定性,提高了炮眼利用率和岩石破碎质量,增加了循环进尺和掘进效率,减少了支护和爆破材料消耗,实现了深井高应力全岩巷道的快速钻爆。In order to overcome the difficulty of the rapid drilling and blasting in the mine roadway under the conditions of the high stress and hard surrounding rock in deep mine,base on the modern blasting theory,the fracture mechanics and the rock mechanics,a completed set technology for the rapid blasting in the hard surrounding rock was provided.The practices showed that the application of the completed set technology could highly reduce the number of the drilling boreholes,could improve the mine roadway completed effect and the surrounding rock stability,could improve the borehole utilization rate and the rock broken quality,could increase the heading circle advancing rate and the heading efficiency,could reduce the support and blasting material consumption and could release the rapid drilling and blasting of the high stress and full rock roadway in the deep mine.
