摘  要:针对陶一矿大采高仰采充填工作面煤壁出现片帮的情况,进行了原因分析及治理技术的研究。在此基础上提出了治理煤壁片帮的技术措施,如提高工作面推进速度、及时护帮、及时支护、提高支架的支护质量等措施。结果表明:通过采取这些措施,工作面煤壁片帮程度得到大幅度改善,片帮次数由原来的每天片帮35次左右减少到6~7次,片帮深度也明显减小,大大改善了工作面的作业环境,促进了超高水材料综采包式充填开采技术在陶一矿的试验与应用。According to the coal wall spalling condition of a high cutting and overhand backfill mining face in Taoyi Mine,a study on the cause analysis and control technology was conducted.Base on the circumstances,the technical measures of the coal wall spalling control were provided,such as the improvement of the mining face advancing speed,timely protection of the coal wall,timely support,the improvement of the support quality of the hydraulic powered supports and other measures.The results showed that with shoes measures conducted,the coal wall spalling were highly improved,the number of the spalling occurred was reduced from the previous 35 spalling per day to 6~7 spalling per day,the spalling depth was obviously reduced and the operation environment of the coal mining face was highly improved.Thus the fully mechanized bags backfill mining technology with high water material would be promoted to have the trial and application in Taoyi Mine.
