摘　　要：强化煤矿安全综合治理,坚持依靠科技进步,坚持强化源头治理,坚持实施内部管理,落实安全管理责任,是消除煤矿安全事故,提升安全管理水平的重要途径和有效手段。To reinforce the comprehensive management of mine safety, we must rely on the technological advancement, focus on the source management, carry on interior administration, and implement the responsibility in order to eliminate mine accidents, which is important and effective to raise the safety management level.
