摘　　要：介绍了导热聚合物的种类,分析了导热聚合物的导热机理以及总结了影响导热性能的内外在因素,并展望了导热聚合物的未来发展趋势。The species of the thermal conducting polymers was introduced and the thermal conducting mechanism was analyzed,and the internal and external factors of influencing the thermal conductivity were summarized.Meanwhile,the development of the thermal conducting polymers was prospected.
