中国煤炭地质总局钻探设备现状之思考

摘　　要：中国煤炭地质总局地勘主业的发展对地勘装备提出了更高的需求,为了开拓地勘装备的市场空间,研发生产满足总局地勘主业发展需求的新型地勘装备,为此采用互联网搜索、图书馆查阅、实地走访、电话咨询等多种方式,对其钻探设备现状进行了调研。调研结果显示出总局的钻探设备相对落后、先进钻探设备出现闲置、地勘主业特征不十分突出等问题。据此提出了更新落后钻探设备、改革总局现有的管理体制机制、组建总局层面的地勘装备技术研究院和发展先进钻探设备制造业等几点建议。The development of geological exploration business of the China National Administration of Coal Geology makes a greater demand for geological exploration equipment.For the purpose of carving out geological exploration equipment market space,research and development of new types of geological exploration equipment to meet major works,thereby web search,library consulting,site visiting and telephone counseling are used to investigate and survey drilling equipment status quo.The result has demonstrated that the issues of drilling equipment of the CNACG is relatively lag behind,advanced equipment leaves unused,geological exploration business less prominent etc have been found.Thus,some suggestions on backward drilling equipment updating,existing managerial system reformation and organization of administration leveled geological exploration equipment research institute and advanced drilling equipment manufacturing industry put forward.
