摘 要:针对煤化工、橡胶再生及城市垃圾处理等工业过程会产生大量的H2S与氨气等恶臭气体,严重污染大气环境,危害人体健康,文章以硫化氢与氨气为研究对象,通过浓度、pH值、氨气与硫化氢耦合作用等影响因素,分析生物滴滤塔对硫化氢与氨气的脱臭效能。试验结果表明,该装置对硫化氢与氨气的去除效果较好,在温度为25℃、气体通气量为0.4m3/h、营养盐喷淋量为8.0L/h、入口H2S浓度在712.8~948.8mg/m3、入口NH3浓度在422.2~795.4mg/m3、pH值在7.0~8.0之间的情况下,去除效率均可达90%以上。A lot of stench gases, such as H2S and NH3, are emitted from coal chemical industry, rubber renewable, sewage sludge and other industrial waste disposal process, seriously polluting the environment and harming the health of the Habitat. The treatment of H2S and NH3 was studied with a biotfickling filter tower on the factors of concentration, pH, and the co-operation of H2S and NH3, in order to inspect the deodorization performance. The results show that, under the conditions of the temperature at 25 22, the nutrient sprinkling rate at 8 L/h, the aeration rate at 0.4 m3/h, the incoming H2S concentration of 712.8-948.8 mg/m3 and NH3 concentration of 422.2-795.4 mg/m3, pH at 7.0-8.0, the cleaning efficiency was over 90%.
