摘　　要：介绍了超声波测厚以及用CPLD来实现测量控制与数据处理的原理,并着重介绍了一些具体的处理方法。通过温度补偿的方法对传播速度予以校正,系统能实时地测量数据,具有硬件结构简单、工作可靠、测量误差小等特点。Firstly this paper introduces the principle of uhrasonie wave thickness measurement, then introduces the principle to realize measurement control and data treatment with CPLD, and emphatically introduces some particular treatment methods. The system can measure the data in real time, and has the features of simple hardware structure, reliable and minimum error.
