摘　　要：在对车辆牌照识别系统研究的基础上,采用基于灰度二值化的连通域搜索的车牌照粗分类算法,彩色模型的车牌照字符切分算法和加权组合特征的字符识别算法,通过实验,设计出一个有效的车牌照识别系统。In the basic theory of the license plate recognition system, based on the connected domain search of gray binary, the paper adopts the vehicle rough classification algorithm, the color model vehicle character segmentation algorithm and weighted array characteristics of the character recognition algorithm; by experiment, it designs an effective vehicle identification system.
