摘 要:介绍湖边大桥主桥采用的预应力混凝土下承式梁-单拱组合结构形式构造,由于主桥钢管拱设计是位于桥梁中线,且受引桥施工进度影响和周围环境限制,无法按照原设计方案将拱段运输至主梁中线上逐段拼装。经过方案优化,采用在桥面一侧翼缘板面上拼装、固定并与支架一体整体横向滑移至中线就位的施工工艺,采用此方法仅仅用5 d时间就顺利完成钢管拱横移就位;阐述主拱运输、起吊、拼装、固定、整体横移、就位的全过程。The paper introduces the type and construction of the Hubian pre-stressed concrete through girder-arch composite bridge. Since the steel-tube arch was designed on the center line of the bridge, which could not be transported to the center line and assembled by sections according to the original design due to the time limit of the construction of approaching bridge and also due to the environment. An optimized option was adopted to build the arch on one lateral flange of the bridge and to move it toward the center line together with the support frame. It took only 5 days to complete the process. The whole process including the transport, hoist, assembly, fixing on site, laterally moving of the arch is elaborated herewith.
