既有旧型房间空调器的节能改造技术及应用

摘  要:介绍一种改造既有旧型低效空调器、提高能效的技术,并结合实验室实验并在上海某一既有居民社区节能改造示范项目中的应用探讨节能性。在实验室对旧型柜式空调机的测试结果表明,节能率可提高6%~7%。在某住宅小区的实际应用工程中,对既有家用分体空调器的节能改造效果得到验证,节能率可达10%~15%。实验研究和实际工程应用结果表明,替换冷媒、增加过冷度的改造可获得明显的节能效果,但与机型和使用程度等相关,该技术可望对应我国目前经济水平发展现状和节能减排社会需求,取得具有现实可行的节能效益。it introduces one technology to renovate existing old inefficiency room air-conditioners and improves its efficiency. The technology combines laboratory experiments and is applied in shanghai existing community's demonstration projects, which is valued on its energy-saving effect. In the laboratory experiments of existing old inefficiency room air-conditioners it shows that energy-saving rate can be increased by 6%-7%. In the existing community's home split air-conditioner renovation demonstration projects it is proved to improve energy-saving rate by 10%-15%. Both results show that replacing refrigerant and improving sub-cooling degree can saving energy but it depends on all kinds of air-conditioners and their levels of use. This technology meets current level of economic development status and social needs of energy-saving and emission-reducing, which is practical for energy benefits.
