摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计的脊髓损伤(SCI)康复护理评定表的临床应用效果。方法自行设计的SCI康复护理评定表分为评估项目和阶段性评定两部分。评估对象为70例SCI患者及其家属,评估项目包括患者一般情况、专科情况、独立生活能力评定。在评估记录中使用打钩、打分的方式,必要时用简洁的文字补充说明。结果 SCI康复护理评定表可全面地记录患者心理和生理的康复过程,护士制定康复护理计划有循证依据,方便医生调整治疗方案,帮助家属掌握护理知识,有利于康复护理的质量控制。结论自行设计的脊髓损伤康复护理评定表科学、客观、准确,操作方便。Objective To investigate the clinical application of self-designed spinal cord injury（SCI） rehabilitation nursing assessment form.Methods The SCI rehabilitation nursing assessment form was composed of two parts： project evaluation and phase assessment.Assessment objects were 70 SCI patients and their families.Evaluation projects included the general state,special conditions,and capacity for independent living.Results The assessment form can objectively and comprehensively record the psychological and physical rehabilitation process,help nurses to develop evidence-based rehabilitation care scheme,facilitate the adjustment of medical treatment for doctors,help families to master nursing knowledge,and facilitate the quality control of rehabilitation nursing.Conclusion The self-designed SCI rehabilitation nursing assessment form is scientific,objective,accurate,and easy to operate.
