精神的“补位”:论中国足球发展的生命道德精神之培育

摘　　要：影响中国足球竞技与足球事业发展水平的因素众多。但在众多的原因中,人们往往忽视了中国足球发展还缺乏一种文化支撑力。生命道德精神作为人类发展的一种文化驱动力,可以成为中国足球蜕变发展的一剂文化"良药"。中国足球事业整体上存在文化精神的空场,表现为足球管理者群体、球员群体和球迷群体身上的生命道德精神"缺位"现象。管理者群体在理念上要向"生命道德性"转变、管理方式上向"生命关怀式"转变;球员群体要加强生命道德文化的知识学习、自身技能训练与道德素质训练需结合起来;球迷群体的文化"补位"需要通过媒体营造一种生命文化氛围、需要通过球迷领袖引导球迷文明素质的形成。There are many factors which are affecting the development of Chinese football. But people has sometimes ignored that Chinese football is the absence of cultural sustenance among the various factors. As a kind of cultural driving influence of taking the development of the human race, ideology of morality may become a medicinal preparation culture ＂the good medi- cine＂ of Chinese football transformation development. The Chinese football on the whole lack of cultural spirit, which is mani- fested as the ＂omission＂ of ideology of morality among the group of football management, the team of player and the football fans. Ideologically the football management should be transferred to put emphasis on moral existence, and in the way of man- agement the football management should be transferred to put emphasis on showing the solicitude for the player. The team of tile player should give the same importance to the training of technique as to the ideology of morality. With the help the mass media the ＂covering position＂ among football fans can be realized through building up a healthy atmosphere of life culture and promoting the educational and ethical standards of the football fans.
