摘　　要：运用访谈法、调查法、文献法,分析了竞技体育举国体制产生的文化背景以及竞技体育举国体制发展的文化约束条件,提出了竞技体育举国体制"和而不同"的发展思路。研究认为,竞技体育举国体制的诞生、发展有着深厚的文化基础,大一统的国家信念、大一统的社会心理、个体观与集体观、人治与法治都将对完善竞技体育举国体制产生重要影响。Using interview, survey, and literature, this topic analyzes the cultural background and constraints of the competitive sports national system, as well as proposes the direction of harmony but not sameness. This paper suggest that the birth and development of the competitive sports national system has a profound cultural foundation, belief in the unified country, the unified social psychology, individual view and collective view, the rule of man and the rule of law, which will have a major impact on the competitive sports national system.
