广东省青少年足球教练员评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对广东省现行的青少年足球教练员评价方式作了调查与分析,在此基础上,运用发展性评价理论按照"胜任力—职责—绩效"的结构,构建了广东省青少年足球教练员评价指标体系,以期为体育相关部门科学评价青少年足球教练员提供借鉴与参考。This essay, through the methods of documentation, interview, questionnaire, and mathematics, researches and analyzes the present evaluation system of youth football coach of Guangdong province. On this foundation, the essay, according to the model ＂competency - duty - achievement＂ and by adopting Developmental Evaluation theory, constructs the index system of football coaches. It is supposed to provide some reference and guide for the related sports department in evaluating the youth football coach scientifically.
