优秀篮球运动员易建联NBA个人攻防特点对比分析

摘　　要：研究易建联的篮球技战术特点及其在重大国际赛事中的表现,不但有助于易建联在NBA取得更好的成绩,还能够促进中国篮球运动更好地发展。通过观察比赛录像、查阅文献资料,全面统计易建联参加第16届男篮世锦赛五场比赛以及第29届奥运会六场比赛个人攻防数据,深入分析其进攻和防守能力。结果表明:在奥运会中,易建联以外线中投、三分、突破为主要进攻方式,得分不高,得分点较分散;在世锦赛中,易建联的主要进攻区域在篮下,以中投为主要进攻手段,得分区域相对集中。分析NBA 2010-2011季前赛七位优秀大前锋82场比赛数据,七位优秀大前锋进攻手段多样,得分方式多样,得分手段从高到低依次为中投、强攻、三分球、以及罚球,易建联需要提高中远投命中率,加强身体对抗,以及持球突破能力,才能在NBA更好地获得一席之地。Study of Yi Jianlian＇s basketball technique and tactics in important international events characteristics and the performance, can not only help Yi Jianlian in the NBA to better results, but also to promote Chinese basketball better. By watch the videos, I calculated the statistics on Yi＇s offence and defense between the 29th Olympic Games and thel6th FIBA, and comparative analyze them by statistics. The resuhs show that： in the Olympic Games, Yi mainly adopts malign, three points, perimeter attack, this made him less score, and scattered; but in the FIBA, he played more jump shot to the basket, and scoring account for a quarter in total, it very remarkable. Combined with NBA2010 -2011 season Yi as main technical data, and the NBA seven elite basketball forwards do contrast, found Yi still has a big distance with excellent forwards.
