摘  要:该研究主要通过实验来验证采用瑞士球进行的核心力量训练对足球运动员核心爆发力的影响效果。研究对象为景德镇陶瓷学院10名普通足球运动员,平均年龄19岁,平均训练年限4年;对10名受试者进行8周的核心力量训练,每周训练3次,每次30min,训练方法主要采用瑞士球的训练方法,主要手段有头枕瑞士球成桥左右快速转体,瑞士球快速俯卧撑,瑞士球俯撑快速足滚球等;评价方法采用Patrick M.Cowley验证过的体前核心爆发力测试(FAPT)、体侧核心爆发力测试(SAPT)、定位球踢远测试和负重仰卧起坐测试,研究结果发现,FAPT、SAPT、定位球踢远和1次仰卧起坐所能完成最大杠铃重量均得到显著提高,研究结论表明,瑞士球训练对改善大学生足球运动员核心爆发力具有积极作用。This study have verified the effect of the Swiss ball training on the core explosive strength of the football players. ? 10 normal football players came from Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute with an average age of 19 years and the average training time for 4 years have taken part in the experiment. The 10 subjects experiences for 8 weeks core strength training, three times a week, 30 minutes per time, training methods? mainly by Swiss ball training methods, for example:the shoulders on Swiss ball swivel fast, Swiss ball push -ups fast, the Swiss ball abdominal brace foot bowls fast etc. ; The evaluation which was verified by Patrick M. Cowley included the Front Abdominal Power Test (FAPT) and Side Abdominal Power Test (SAPT) ; research findings show that the Swiss ball training has a positive effect on the core explosive power of the college football players.
