摘  要:采用水提醇沉法提取板蓝根多糖,应用蒽酮-硫酸法进行多糖含量测定。体外培养鸡脾脏淋巴细胞,用固相夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定蛋白激酶c(PKC)活性,分析板蓝根多糖对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞PKC活性的影响。结果显示,加入板蓝根多糖组(100mg/mL)与空白对照组的PKC的活性有显著差异(P<0.05),表明板蓝根多糖能引起鸡脾脏淋巴细胞蛋白激酶c活性明显升高。Indigowoad Root Polysaccharides(IRPS) was extracted by experimental boil alcohol extracti,using Anthrone-Sulfuric Acid Method for the Determination of Polysaccharides.Then cultivated Chicken Spleen lymphocytes in vitro to detect the Activity of Protein Kinase C(PKC) using Solid-Phase Sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) techniques and analyzed the effect of Indigowoad Root Polysaccharides on the Activity of Protein kinase C of Spleen lymphocytes in Chicken.The results showed that IRPS(100 mg/mL) can lead to Protein Kinase C of Splenic Lymphocytes was Significantly higher than the Control group which did not contain the Indigowoad Root Polysaccharides.
