摘　　要：第三方物流企业在发展中面临的风险种类繁多,而保险并不能转嫁所有的风险。文中针对第三方物流企业面临的不同风险,提出相应的防范措施。The third-party logistics enterprises face a wide range of risks during the development,but insurance can＇t transfer all the risk.Base on the different risks the third-party logistics enterprises faced,this paper propose appropriate preventive measures.
