摘　　要：商业贿赂是广大人民群众所痛恨的社会公害。我国惩治商业贿赂的立法体系仍然存在很大的局限性,尤其是惩治商业贿赂犯罪的刑事立法依然不够完善,这在一定程度上影响了我国对商业贿赂的有效治理。本文针对我国商业贿赂犯罪主体范围存在的问题提出了完善措施。Commercial bribery is the social nuisance hated by the masses.There are still significant limitations in China＇s legislative system to punish commercial bribery.Especially the criminal legislation in punishing commercial bribery is still not perfect,which to some extent affected our effective management of commercial bribery.This paper proposed some perfect measures for the main problems existing in the subject range of China＇s commercial bribery.
