摘　　要：全警大练兵活动抓住了警察战斗力素质的关键,战斗力要以体能训练为基础,立足岗位练兵,大练兵活动的着力点在提高素质上,解决政治、业务、技能、体能素质的提高问题。要从实战需要出发,从岗位需要出发,以基层为重点,以岗位为重点,与推动各项业务工作结合起来。做到人人参加练兵,人人受到教育,人人得到提高。通过大练兵增强全警的体能训练意识,使全警积极投身大练兵活动,练成素质强、形象好的人民公仆。Large-scale military activities for police seized the key to the quality of the police fighting,that fighting should be based on physical training and position training.Large -scale military activities focus on improving the quality,and resolve the problems on improving the political, business,skill and physical quality.It should be from the actual needs,from the post needs,to focus on the grassroots level,to focus on the position,and combined with promoting the business work.So that everyone participates in training,everyone is educated and improved.Through large-scale military activities to enhance the awareness of physical training of all police officers,to make all the police actively take part in large—scale military activities to become the public servants of strong quality and good image.
