摘 要:目的研究甘珀酸钠苦参素包合物(oxymatrine-carbenoxolone sodium complex,OCSIC)对小牛血清白蛋白所致大鼠实验性肾炎的影响。方法采用静脉注射小牛血清白蛋白造成大鼠肾炎模型,给予OCSIC进行治疗5周,期间观察给药后大鼠一般情况,每周检测大鼠体重和24 h尿蛋白。5周后,麻醉大鼠,心脏取血,分离血清,检测血清肌酐(Cr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)I、L-1βI、L-6和TNF-α。结果 OCSIC可使大鼠24 h尿蛋白明显减少,血清Cr、BUNI、L-1βI、L-6及TNF-α含量降低。病理切片显示可明显改善肾组织损伤,减少炎细胞浸润。结论 OCSIC对小牛血清白蛋白所致大鼠实验性肾炎有明显的治疗作用。Objective To study the effects of oxymatrine -carbenoxolone sodium complex (OCSIC) on bovine serum albumin - induced nephritis in rats. Methods Rat nephritis model was established by intravenous injection of bovine serum albumin. OCSIC treatment was given for 5 weeks. During treatment, general status was observed, and weight and 24 h urinary protein excretion were recorded each week. Heart blood was attained for detection of serum levels of Ucr, BUN, IL-1β、IL-6 and TNF-α under anesthesia after treatment. Results COCIS significantl)" reduced the 24 h urinary protein excretion and serum levels of Ucr, BUN, IL-1β、IL-6 and TNF-α. Pathological study revealed alleviated renal injury and inflammatory infiltration. Conclusion Significant efficacy of OCSIC on bovine serum albumin -induced nephritis is proved in rats.
