“空心村”现象整治规划的思考

摘　　要："空心村"的出现是中国在新农村建设过程中最为普遍的问题,其不仅浪费了农村中宅基地资源,而且对村落整体环境造成了不良影响。通过对"空心村"产生的多方面因素进行分析,提出增加农村基础建设设施;调整村落中心布局;转变中心村功能;完善居住环境等规划措施,用以解决"空心村"带来的问题。＂Inner decaying village＂is one of the most common problem in the process of new village construction. It not only waste the homestead resource, but also create some negative influence to the village surrounding. This essay will analysis the reasons of the inner de- caying village＇as existing. In this case, this essay give some suggestions of solving the problems which the ＂inner decaying village＂ bring us, such as increasing the rural infrastructure, adjusting the layout of the village center, transforming the functions of center village, improving the living environment_
