摘　　要：就《基于MAPGIS的建设工程动态监察系统》的技术方案从六个方面做了较详尽的阐述,并对各技术的特点加以分析,通过建设工程动态监察系统的应用,实现了全市所有报建、在建、竣工工程信息的网上动态查询功能。Based on the technological scheme of the Dynamic Observation System of Constructing Projects Based on MAPGIS, the paper indicates from six aspects, analyzes the features of all technologies, and realizes the internet dynamic consulting functions in the reports of the city, the constructing and the complete stages by adopting the dynamic observation system of the engineering projects.
