摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的核心,把握以人为本的科学内涵是理解和坚持科学发展观的关键。根据马克思主义关于人性问题的思想和论述来认识人的生命活动的特点,加深对以人为本的科学内涵的理解,探索以人为本与科学发展的关系,把握科学发展的实质,对转变经济发展方式具有重要的意义。People Oriented is the heart of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the key point of understanding and insisting the Scientific Outlook on Development is the contents of People Oriented. It is of great significance for the transformation of the mode of economic development to understand the characteristics of human life, explore the relationship between People Oriented and scientific development and get to the mean- ing of Scientific Development according to theories of Marx about humanlty
