摘　　要：针对地方高校土建学科创新创业人才培养的特点,从人才培养目标、培养方案、课程教学等方面,对土建学科与执业资格制度相适应的创新创业型人才培养模式进行探索,并提出转变教育观念、加强教师队伍和人才培养综合平台建设、实行产学研有机结合以及提高教师工程实践教学能力和学生创新创业的实际能力等一系列保障措施。According to the characteristics of the innovative entrepreneurial talents training in local colleges and universities, the paper explores the training mode of innovative entrepreneurial talents majored in civil engineering that fitting in with the professional qualification system from the aspects of training objectives, training program and teaching and so on. It also proposes a series of assurance measures such as changing the educational idea, strengthening the integrated platform building of teachers and talents train- ning, implementing the integration of production, teaching and research, improving the practice--oriented teaching ability of teachers and the practical capacity of innovation and entrepreneurship of students. And all of these have certain reference significance in deepening the education reform and promoting the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents.
