中西医结合治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法:采用中、西药内服配合中药坐浴、前列腺按摩等中西医结合疗法(治疗组)治疗100例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者,并与80例单纯西药组(对照组)进行疗效比较。结果:中西医结合治疗组总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎具有协同作用,可明显提高疗效。Objective：To investigate the effective therapy methods in treating chronic bacterial prostatitis effective method.Methods：The Western medicine internal medicine and Chinese native medicine sitting bath,the prostate gland massage and so on were applied in therapy group in which there were 100 patients with chronicity bacterial prostatitis,and pure Western medicine were applied in control group in which there were 80 patients with pure chronicity bacterial prostatitis.The efficacy and condition of two groups were compared.Results：The total efficacy of therapy group was 92.0% which was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Cooperation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine may enhance the efficacy obviously in treating chronicity bacterial prostatitis.
