剖宫产围术期护理干预的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产围术期护理干预的效果。方法:将138例产妇随机分为两组,对照组69例实施术后常规护理,观察组69例在对照组护理的基础上实施综合护理干预。结果:观察组产妇的心理状况、术后48h泌乳量、满意度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),观察组产妇术后疼痛程度较轻,排气时间缩短,腹胀消失或减轻,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产围术期的综合护理干预可提高产妇的满意度及护理质量、缩短手术时间和住院时间。Objective：To discuss the curative effects of the interferes of the uterine-incision delivery perioperative period nursing.Methods：138 lying-in women were randomly divided into two groups,69 cases in the control group actualized the usual care after surgery,and on the basis of the control group,69 cases in the observation group actualized the colligation nursing interferes.Results：In the observation group,the lying-in women’s psychologic status,amount of the lactation after surgery 48 hours,degree of satisfaction were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the lying-in women’s soreness degree after surgery was very mild,be curtailed the aerofluxus time,abdominal distension disappeared or lightened,compared with the control group,had different statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The colligation nursing interferes in the uterine-incision delivery perioperative period can improve the lying-in women’s degree of satisfaction and quality of care,shorted the number of treatments and length of stay.
